User login error - Permission violation

Emily Clarke March 5, 2014

I have a new user who keeps receiving permission violation notices when they try to access any project on JIRA OnDemand. The user is internal and using google aps to sign in (all users do).

I have checked user permissions and groups. They are in the jira-users and developers groups.
The projects follow the default permissions screens.

This new user's permissions matches those of all my other developers, who have no trouble logging in. I do not have a complicated set-up - most settings are still set as default.

I cannot see why this one user is having trouble - please help.

Finally found the cause and solution:

There is only one account - good thought though.

Could this user possibly have 2 accounts setup and its the other account that has been given access to the resources?
