How can I write selected fields in an issue to a quickbase external database?
For example, if I was to create a ticket with fields for a new-starter ticket including start date, line manager etc, I would like to write this to a quickbase db for employee database.
How would I achieve this?
You'll need to find or write a plugin to do this for you (you could use the "script plugin" to provide most of the framework for you).
