RapidBoard - move issue between lines

I am Project Administrator, but I can't move an issue from "ToDo" to "In Progress" if an issue is not assigned to me.

Is there a way to enable it? I still want to be able to do it if assignee did not change the status of issue.

This is not due to admin restriction. This is due to the workflow condition that states only current user is allowed to mark it to do the transistion 'Start Progress'. To prevent this, change the workflow and remove this condition, or add an OR condition stating any one in the Project Role Admins can do this.

Thank you. It was not really obvious where is this condition "only current user" is defined.
