Project Roles

I have two groups, one is called "Jira-Watchers" and the other "Jira-Viewers"!!

Now, I need to add these groups to two project "roles" (Project watcher & Users) for every single Project we have; is there a way to do this automatically??

No, you can't do it for all the existing projects, you'll have to do it by hand (or write a script)

In role maintenance (where you add roles) you can set them as defaults, but that only applies to new projects.
