Jira Sandbox on demand

Hi All,

I want to create a JIRA instance as a copy of my existing production environment. I have to split different projects and combine some, so I need to be aware that the result suits me and the team. So that I have decided to create a JIRA on cloud instance and import the backup of my existing Production. Unfortunately with no luck. I have received either error or there was no project nevertheless import was successful.

Thoughts?

What environment are you running currently in production?

And what errors are you getting? snippets of the log would be helpful

I was able to create an instance, but now the Importing issue I have is that the email like noreply@example.com is assigned to the couple users. How can I fix this?
