We have configured an issue collector on one of our projects and set up a custom issue type to base it's fields upon.
When not logged in, or logged in as a project member, you can see all the fields however if you are logged in as someone who does not have access to that project (service desk users) the fields disappear.
We have enabled anonymous access and re-indexed with no change.
When attempting to submit the form without the fields, the validation is still carried out, causing an error.
Is there any particular reason behind this?
On a separate note, is there anyway to create custom fields manually and map them to fields within an issue type?
