I have no issues in my backlog! Help!

We installed Agile as an add-on. We have 10 issues that I need to add to the backlog. Wish you guys had a phone support system

We're not Atlassian support, we're a community of end users.

Anyway, "I need to add to the backlog" really isn't a support call, you simply haven't read the documentation or at least demonstrated any evidence that you have tried to follow it. Please read it, and then, if you still need help, tell us where you are stuck with the documentation and why it's not helping you - that's a proper support call.
