How do I retrieve the custom field value with JIRA REST API?

I tried to retrieve the values from custom field using the createmeta API but the results aren't not the same as in the JIRA site.

Check out the screenshot below. These are the values that I want to retrieve.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

/editmeta may help you, if that field is visible on the edit screen for the project you're looking at. Editmeta should list every option of a drop down.
