Hi,

I am using Jira Confluence and BitBucket Cloud.

I used to have 5 users all came from my GSuite integration. Now that the devs are gone, I removed their accounts from GSuite and triggered a Sync -> result 1 User.

The problem is that under Atlassian Admin -> Directory I can still see all users even if the sync did not bring them anymore.

If I want to deactivate from admin it says that the accounts are handled by gsuite -> from there are not only deactivated but DELETED.

How can I get rid of those accounts? (tried to disconnect and reconnect integration)

Hello @iosif.bancioiu,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When users are removed from GSuite, they are not automatically deleted from the Atlassian site but only deactivated.

In this case, it will be necessary to delete them from the User management and not from the Managed accounts.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

To delete their accounts, go to Cog Icon > User management > Users and delete their accounts.

Regards,
Angélica
