We are providing access to JIRA to our customers to view and comment on issues for their projects. We managed very easily to allow them to see only their own project issues etc.
But we need to hide from them the whole Agile menu.
Is there any way/workaround to do this from JIRA On Demand?
Short answer is no.
There's been several discussions about this recently, and Greenhopper/Jira simply do not try to hide stuff like that, as they're open for all to encourage people to work from the same displays. As long as you are careful with your permissions (for example) don't allow customers to assign issues to developers, and ensure customers can only see the projects/issues they should, then they'll respect that, but won't hide anything from them on the stuff they can see.
I believe Appfusions may be working on something to allow you to restrict visibility of some things such as Greenhopper, but as you're using OnDemand, you won't be able to use it.
