Hello, Im using jira ondemand and I'm new with it. I'd like to ask if any one knows how to make jira as a support system?
I just need to make jira send notification email to non jira users who send issues to us (via email). This means that these customers don't have jira accounts.
ex:
useremail@domain.com sends to -> support@company.com
after that, notification message should be sent and received. Hoping for suggestions. Thanks in advance
