app notification delay

Hi I have set my opsgenie account to send me a push notification immediately on the app. It still takes 10 minutes to send the push notification to my phone. Is there anyway to make it real time. I have already set it send immediatey after 0 minutes on my setting.

Hi @badal ghimire ,

When you check the Alert activity logs for the alert on which the mobile app notification was sent out, do you see a 10-minute delay in the notification log for the mobile app?

May I confirm if you're using the iOS or Android Opsgenie app?

Hi shashwat,

I receive real time alert on both opsgenie website and mobile app. I am refering to push-notification that displays on the mobile screen when opsgenie app is closed or minimized. I have 10 minutes delay receiving the push notification on both android and ios. I have these alert sent to opsgenie and my email address(using a different platform), I receive timely alert on my email(different platform), on opsgenie website/app, but the Push-notification is 10 minutes slow even when everything is set to notifiy immediately within 0 minutes.
