Due to the upcoming changes on September 30th (Upcoming Changes to Opsgenie Incoming Call Integrations Assigned UK Phone Numbers)
We have set up a new number with Twilio with a regulatory bundle but my question is when I go to the incoming call integration and try to change it by switching on the (use your own Twilio number) slider it wont let me switch it on its just greyed out ?
Im set up as an Admin on the system so unsure why I cant switch this on, any help would be great

With this we will be able to gain access to the account and see the details for what is going on there.
