Hi all,
I'm after some guidance on the best way to integrate/synchronise Salesforce with Insight CMDB
We have a Use Case to fulfil that requires the synchronisation of Salesforce contact records, products and other data into Insight for use in CMDB relationships and JIRA Tickets.
Has anybody found a reliable way of doing this please? Most of the integrations, synchs and imports I've researched so far in the market relate to direct integrations with JIRA itself rather than Insight.

Insight is now asset (Branding is changed) but you can refer to these Official documentation for more details
