I have a question regarding the phone numbers used to send voice and Sms notifications for Opsgenie.
One of my colleagues has recently noticed that he got a call from a number different from the one provided here-

Because most of us use “do not disturb” mobile phone settings, we added these Opsgenie numbers to our “favorite” contacts so that they can be whitelisted to contact us even if the phone is in “do not disturb” mode.
If the phone numbers change, this can lead to calls being missed.
Can you please assist?

Good day! Hope you are doing well.
I can confirm that we use the numbers listed in our EU-vCard for initiating the voice notifications. There are scenarios where the local carrier may replace the original caller ID with a new one.
I would suggest submitting a ticket with our team via the link here, so that our team can further investigate.
