Opsgenie Incoming Call Routing sub menu

 

Regarding Opsgenie Incoming Call Routing, I have a request to create a call submenu, like press 1 for sales and after pressing 1, have some more options like press 1 for internal sales and 2 for external sales. Is this possible? If so, how to do it. Thanks

I hope you are doing well. Sure, you can enable the auto-attendant feature under the "Forward Call to" and customise it accordingly. Here is the example screenshot:

Yes, this configuration we are using now, but my question was like, first press 1 to Sales and after that a second menu with new 2 options like 1 Internal sales and 2 to External sales. Its possible?
