OpsGenie Jira Service Management integration - create alert from JSM

One item we have with our current alerting system is the ability to create an alert in the alerting product by selecting a configured service from within an incident ticket.  I'm not seeing that ability with OpsGenie.  Am I missing it or is it not there yet?

Hi @Dan W ,

Happy to help!

Once you have the JSM integration set up and connected with the product on Opsgenie, Alerts will be created automatically for Incidents on JSM. What you could do in relation to making it so that only specific Services create Alerts, is to set filters on that integration so that the Alerts on Opsgenie are only created if the Service listed in the JSM incident is seen in the Incoming Payload.

It may also be worth opening a Support case with us so we can look into payloads arriving from JSM to see what the best approach may be.

Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
