Dear all,
Since the new UI on the Analytics part was deployed we have faced the issue of losing our previous scheduled report. We are not in the midst of closing the payroll for this month and don't have a proper working report from OpsGenie. I have tried creating an ad-hoc report from the dashboard but the calculations are completely wrong. I have also tried creating a new subscription with the new method, it sent me the report with errors and now it has disappeared.
I have opened a support case within the tool and have been waiting for days for the engineering team to take a look.
Is there any way to go back to the old UI temporarly until you fix all these issues? Having the report tool not work correctly affects people's payslip and creates a lot of overhead for the payroll team.
Best regards
Lior.
