notification is not working when we do the opsgenie to servicenow integration

Are alerts not being created? If yes - try reviewing this Community Article on how to troubleshoot.
If alerts are being created, but no alerts are sending notifications to your users, review the alert's activity logs to see what might be causing the issue.
