Notification goes to old phone

How can I remove the old phone from this list? Ever since I changed my phone, I have not been receiving notifications via the Opsgenie application. I checked the logs, and it seems like the notification is going to the old phone, which has already been wiped.

Hey @Arpit Patel ! It sounds like you may be running into this bug:

New mobile contacts are not being automatically added to users' notification rules. You can remove that current method by clicking the X next to the old phone in your mobile application; and you can add your new phone to the notification rules in the section below the screenshot you shared.
