Hi Atlassian community!
I want to integrate Opsgenie with Gitlab in a way so that whenever an alert is created on OpsGenie, an alert is also created on GitLab.
Through the GitLab's interface then, i can manage the alert and it will be automatically updated on OpsGenie side as well.
I believe this is what i need, provided on GitLab's documentation here: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/operations/incident_management/integrations.html#link-to-your-opsgenie-alerts .
What i want to know if this is possible with "Essentials" pricing plan ?
Thanks alot !
Hi @advertima-op ,
Unfortunately our GitLab integration does not have any action mapping from Opsgenie >> GitLab (like some of our other integrations). So it's currently not possible to have Opsgenie alerts create alerts in GitLab.
Outgoing integrations and Bi-Direction integrations are also not included on the Essentials plan. You'd need to be subscribed to either the Standard or Enterprise plans to have these included in your plan.
Let us know if you have any additional questions!
