Hello All,

Hope you are doing well!

Currently, I am planning to ignore alerts which contain SUCCEEDED term  or any specific term in the Description of the Alert Rule.

I can see five fields from the alert rule drop down -> From Name, From Address, Subject, Conversation Subject and Message

Can some one please let me know how to configure it and which field refer to Description?

Best Regards,

Harish

Hello @Harish Shanmugam Dhanasekar

Based on my understanding, filtering alerts based on specific terms like "SUCCEEDED" requires configuring the alert system’s rules.

If the system doesn’t explicitly provide a "Description" field, try mapping the relevant text field (e.g., Message or Subject) where the description appears.

Maybe add a rule to exclude alerts containing your specified term, ensuring unnecessary notifications are ignored.
