we want to deactivate the call and sms notification option for all our users in OPSGenie to avoid extra costs.
How is this possible?

@Imed Jrad you are able to do this through a central notification template:
https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/create-a-central-notification-template/
These templates apply to roles so you will want to define the set notification methods used apart of the template and apply it to a role the users share.
