I have an Opsgenie team 'Team A'.
I have an escalation policy set up so...
If the contact acknowledges the alert before 10 minutes, no further paging will occur... which is fine...
However, if the contact then is wanting to page out to the contact from 'manager schedule 1', how would you go about doing this?
This is resolved... it's just a matter of opening an existing acknowledged Alert and choosing 'Escalate To Next'.
