How do escalate to the next schedule?

I have an Opsgenie team 'Team A'.

I have an escalation policy set up so...

  1. after 0 minutes, it will page out to a contact from 'engineer schedule 1'
  2. if not acknowledged after 10 minutes, it will pae out to a contact from 'engineer schedule 1'
  3. if not acknowledged after 15 mintues, it will page out to a contact from 'manager schedule 1'

 

If the contact acknowledges the alert before 10 minutes, no further paging will occur... which is fine...

However, if the contact then is wanting to page out to the contact from 'manager schedule 1', how would you go about doing this?

This is resolved... it's just a matter of opening an existing acknowledged Alert and choosing 'Escalate To Next'.
