How can I get the Zendesk ticket ID in the Opsgenie alert?

Edited

Having implemented the Opsgenie <> Zendesk integration I am successfully generating Alerts when a specific ticket is raised. All is good. However, the alert does not contain the ticket ID, only the ticket description. How would I enrich the alert content to include the id?

Hi @Ben Wickens !

If you open up your Zendesk integration and click the "edit" icon in the Create Alert rule, you should see a window like this:

The {{id}} field should correspond to the ticketId coming from Zendesk

Hope this helps!
