Hi there! This is our first official monthly digest for Opsgenie. Since we've joined Atlassian, we've been making a lot of product changes and enhancements. That being said, it's a lot to keep up with! From now on, at the beginning of each month I'll run through the previous months enhancements, integrations, and releases.
Opsgenie Actions are Generally Available
Reduce manual interventions with Opsgenie Actions by helping teams automate common remediation steps such as: pinging or restarting a server, managing security roles, resource management and more. Start automating.

Although Incident Timeline was available prior to July, we came out with this great blog post explaining the functionality of Incident Timeline. Watch the video.
Opsgenie now has a new app listed in the Zendesk Marketplace. You can now manually create Opsgenie alerts from Zendesk tickets, right from the Zendesk UI. Learn more.
Use this integration to forward Amazon Security Hub findings to Opsgenie, and notify the right people at the right time. See it in action.
