We're so excited to announce that Opsgenie Actions are now GA! 😄🎉
Opsgenie Actions allow you to run automated scripts and playbooks via 3rd-party platforms like AWS Systems manager and a Generic REST Endpoint. (We're working on expanding the 3rd-party tools that have an out of the box integration for Actions, so stay tuned!)
Easily automate tasks like increasing cloud resources, running diagnostics, restarting a service, and managing security roles, and more. Trigger these actions manual from the Opsgenie app (mobile or desktop), or utilize policies to trigger them without manual intervention. Actions helps you to resolve incidents faster and free up time spent on repetitive work so that you can dedicate yourself to higher value tasks.
Actions are available as part of the Standard and Enterprise plans or Standard or Enterprise trial. Access them from the Teams/Main tab. For more information, check out this handy video that walks through the set up.
