New Horizontal Navigation Experience
We’re introducing a new navigation bar to Opsgenie. This new bar makes it easier for you to move through the Opsgenie app, faster. This change comes after the team evaluated customer feedback and extensive user-experience research. The clearly labeled buttons and menu at the top make it easier to search through alerts and incidents and get to configuration settings faster.
To turn on the new navigation bar click on the profile icon, you’ll see the toggle switch to turn it on. The bar will immediately appear at the top once the toggle is turned on. Try it out and let us know what you think!
Issue Linking for Jira Software Cloud and Jira Service Desk Cloud
You can now quickly and easily link Jira Software Issues and Jira Service Desk Issues from Opsgenie when using the cloud products. This makes it easier to keep track of issues that have caused an incident, or tasks that teams need to follow up on after an incident is resolved.
First, make sure that you migrate your Opsgenie account to an Atlassian site, then Connect your Opsgenie account with Jira Software and link Jira Software issues to your incidents and alerts in Opsgenie.
