ERROR: 2VCTLL

Hi:

I just get invitation to join a new JRA cloud. When I try to open "Projects", it shows "ERROR: 2VCTLL" as attached figure. I am wondering if someone has similar issue before.

Hi @chengru chang  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should check with your organization's Jira Administrator. It might be that the instance is a Free subscription and they have exceeded the number of available licenses.

The reason is that I had set up the group to access certain projects, but neglected to tick the box actually allowing you access to the JIRA product. It is ok now.
