why when i do Bulk Change of a Sprint the Id change in the JQL but the ticket wont show new sprint

I'm doing a bulk change, and when I do it, it Changes the Sprint Id in the JQL but the inside the ticket it shows an empty sprint and won't update it to the new sprint either.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve it?

just to understand what's going on,

  • When you say "bulk change", are you referring to this wizard?
  • What do you mean by "changes the sprint ID in JQL" - are you saying that, after your bulk change to Sprint X, a query like "Sprint = X" does find your issues?
  • What do you mean by "the ticket shows an empty sprint" - mind providing a screenshot of what you're seeing?
