Hi @kholod Alataar ,

Welcome to the community !!

A board is available to all users who can view the saved filter on which the board is based.

Go to board --> Configure board --> General --> Check who has view access to filter

If only the admin can see the Kanban board and other users can only see the issues in Jira, it is likely due to permissions or board sharing settings. Here’s how to resolve this:

1. Check Board Sharing Settings

  • Navigate to the Kanban board.
  • Click on the Board Settings (three dots at the top-right corner of the board).
  • Select Settings or Configure.
  • Look for the Sharing or Permissions section.
  • Ensure that the board is shared with the appropriate project roles, groups, or users.

2. Check Project Permissions

  • Go to Jira Settings > Projects.
  • Select the project associated with the Kanban board.
  • Click on Permissions.
  • Ensure that users have at least the following permissions:
    • Browse Projects: Allows users to see the project and its boards.
    • View Boards: Explicitly grants access to view the board.

3. Check Filter Permissions

  • Kanban boards in Jira are based on filters. If the filter isn't shared, users won't see the board.
  • To check this:
    1. Navigate to the Kanban board.
    2. Click on Board Settings > General.
    3. Click the link for the filter under Filter Query.
    4. On the filter page, click the Details button (three dots) > Edit Permissions.
    5. Share the filter with the relevant groups, roles, or individual users.

4. Ensure Proper Group Membership

  • Verify that the users who need access to the Kanban board are part of the appropriate groups or roles assigned to the board or filter permissions.

5. Check User License

  • Ensure that the users have the necessary Jira Software licenses. If they are only Jira Core users, they may not have access to Kanban boards.

6. Test as a User

  • Use the Permission Helper tool:
    • Go to Jira Settings > System > Permission Helper.
    • Enter the user’s name, the project, and a sample issue.
    • Check whether they have the necessary permissions to view the board and why access might be restricted.
