Hi Atlassian Support,
I have a field "Impacted Service Delivery", multi select type, and it has a separate context for the project where i am getting the error.
When i add/remove the value "Digital Workplace" to an already existing issue, i am presented with the error, but when i create a new issue and add/remove this value there i get no error.
Please assist and let me know what solution to apply, i have already tried deleting the value from the context and adding it back to the context but the error prevails.
Thanks!
Hello @Maria Hassan
Can you provide screen images to illustrate the steps to recreate your problem?
This is what is happening, there is no problem with the rest of the field values, but when i add "Digital Workplace" to this specific issue i get the error, the error does not show up for other issues

Does this problem happen for only this one issue - DR-2959? Or does it happen for all pre-existing issues?
You said you can create a new issue and add/remove the value. Do you mean you can create and save the new issue, then edit the field to add/remove the value? Or do you mean you can add/remove the value while you are in the Create Issue dialog?

Both work fine, adding/removing values while i am in the create issue dialog, and adding/removing values while editing the custom field for issues other than DR-2959.

Could somebody please provide some solution here? The error is consistant.
THANKS!

Hello @Maria Hassan
I think if anybody had a solution it would've been provided.
Since you are on a paid subscription, I recommend that contact your Jira Administrators and ask them to open a support case directly with Atlassian to diagnose the issue.
