where is 'download jira backup' permission on demand

Hi,

I using JIRA on demand.

My user in the administrator group.(  i created JIRA system on demand)

(my group list administrators, balsamiq-mockups-editors, jira-developers, jira-users, site-admins, Team Leaders)

I create backup file  on menu   IMPORT & EXPORT>>Backupmanager  and created zip backup file.

I clicked zip file link and authetication popup showed on webdav system.

I fill username and password.but it is wrong.

I wonder that this problem depend on global permissions.?

That authentication requires a local JIRA administrator user and password, so if you're using Google to login, that password won't work.  If that's the case, when you first logged in with Google, you set a local password for JIRA; if you don't remember it you can log out and use the forgot password link to reset it, or reset your password directly through the user admin (this will not affect Google authentication).
