when I upload an attachment , the attachment is not uploaded above 1mb.

when I  upload  a attachment , the attachment  size is  less than 1M,   is  OK。 but  the attachment size is More than 1 M, jira reminder :  ‘An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator.

Have your Jira Admin set the size limit of attachments to greater than 1mb.

size is given default 10mb but if i give a attachment 1mb or 1mb above is showing that internal error

We set ours to dang near 1GB, and we're still getting the same issue.

 

Edit: If you're running behind a reverse proxy, increase the size of the client_body_max_size parameter. That worked for us.
