what is the difference between jira dashboard and atlassian ?

i found that there is two desk. one is jira.getxray.app. the other one atlassian

So Jira is an issue tracker, one that many people are running.  It has a dashboard 

It sounds to me like you have joined two separate instances, one owned by Xblend, the other, we do not know, as you've not told us where it is.  They're two separate Jira systems though, that's why you're seeing two different things.

One thing that may be confusing this is that some Jira systems use a shared account system called "Atlassian Accounts".  You're using an Atlassian account here to log into the Community, but you could also be using the same account to log into a load of other people's Jira systems (I've got access to about 30 at the moment, all different people's Jiras, all independent of each other, but with one Atlassian account having access).  Could that be what is happening when you say "register in Jira"?

 jira.getxray.app looks like a jira instance url. Introduction section says "This is the issue tracker for Xblend'. https://jira.getxray.app/secure/Dashboard.jspa

What is the other atlassian one you mentioned?

Now I have two applications in my mobile phone

One of them I registered in atlassian

The second one is required from me to register in jira
