Hi @Akshay Jadhav welcome to the community.  Does this happen to all users on your site?  Are you using Jira cloud?  Have you tried other browsers, and do you get the same issue? 

I looked at Atlassian's Status Page and their Jira site and didn't see any similar issues related to the cloud.  

I'm also wondering if it has to do anything with user permissions.  That would be another reason to see how many users have this.
