I have a project with a number of issues assigned to a specific user. All issues are "In Progress" and have time estimates. When I attempt to generate a user workload report for the assignee, JIRA tells me that "There are no unresolved issues assigned to the specified user." What are the conditions that need to be met for issues to be pulled into the user workload report?
Hi @Mohamed Haj Hamido ,
Actually, the only condition is that the issues are not resolved, which means that the field "Resolution" is empty. You can check that easily from the Jira search.
Let me know if it helps,
Guilhem

Actually, what jira calls "resolved" doesn't depend on the issue status, but on this "Resolution" field I was talking about.
If you can see something written where my circle is, it means a resolution is set. To avoid setting a resolution, you probably have to ask your jira admin to edit the Workflow to delete the problematic post function.

I added the field "resolution to the projekt. It reads "unresoveld" for issues with a status <> done or fixed. There are still "... no unresolved issues assigned to the specified user" in the report. The field you mentiond is not showing up, if the issue is not in status Done.

Then I'm out of ideas, in case it's a bug from Atlassian's part you can raise an issue to their support help desk : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
