Avant la désactivation, les contacts techniques et de facturation du site recevraient des e-mails concernant le projet de désactivation du site. Avez-vous vérifié auprès de ces personnes quels e-mails elles ont reçus ?

Has your product/site been deactivated?
Prior to deactivation the Technical and Billing contacts for the site would receive emails about the plan to deactivate the site. Have you checked with those people to see what emails they have received?
