unable to set User Picker (single user) custom field with user

Hi All,

we have a project with own permission scheme. In this project we have some custom user picker fields. We have a problem that in one of this fields (Tester) we can not choose any user except the user which are in Member role. But in other User Picker field (for Example Code Reviewer) we can choose any user. We have a group jira-users in Restricted User role, there are all Jira users.  Restricted Users are allowed to browse project to assign, create, issues etc.

Global permission to browse user is activated.

Any idea why it's not working to set any user in Tester (single user picker) field?

Maybe the field has a filter in the configuration screen?

Thanks for answer! That was it!!! I forgot about filter on field :-( Thank you!

I have try the above and this hasn't worked unless within permission and edit the browse project and add customer service desk under project role
