trying to reopen a closed sprint but getting this message Reopen sprint Reopening the sprint is not possible  because there are no issues in this sprint.

Did all issues formerly part of the 'completed' sprint have been assigned to a new future sprint? This scenario gives the system message as mentioned by you at my side:

Reopening the sprint is not possible because there are no issues in this sprint.

2 issues are part of another active sprint, and cannot be moved back.

Deleting the future sprint value from those issues will make it possible to reopen the sprint
