trouble with salesforce connection

When I try to create a Jira Issue from Salesforce, this is the message in the error log: 

There isn't a Salesforce concept with id: Case

How do we set the object sync with? The ZAgile is setup and connected. I can get to old issues from inside salesforce, but I cannot create new ones.
