trial ondemand jira mail not working

I have setup a trial ondemand jira and imported our own hosted jira to it, but mail doesn't seem to work. Forgotten password mails aren't received and neither is sending mail from jira.

Hi Abdul,

I'd recommend checking 'https://<site>/secure/admin/OutgoingMailServers.jspa', during the import process it does offer to disable mail. It is possible outgoing mail server has not been reactivated.
