trial expired

Hi,

I have been on holiday and our trial has expired.

We definitely want to purchase the product  - is there any way of retrieving the projects created?

Atlassian don't delete the data at the end of the trial, it persists for a while (several months I think).  Get a new licence and you'll get access to your data (Even if it's a new trial, rather than a purchase)

I'd try nipping into your account and seeing if you have the option to extend the trial - that will get you immediate access.  Then you can go through the paperwork for purchase, and when you've paid that, it'll be the full system.
