Hi @omranmiraouui , welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Just using Jira, you can perform a search for tickets that are not in status "Done" and  older than 30 days using the updated field.

updated <= -30d and status != done order by updated

By looking at the key of the issues, you see the projects that are inactive or need attention, no need for extra plugins.

Hope this helps you keeping your projects current

My User Manager for Jira helps you monitor and manage inactive projects easily. The app features a Project Health Status indicator that:

  • Identifies Inactive Projects: Automatically flags projects that haven't been updated within a customizable time frame.
  • Customizable Thresholds: Allows you to set inactivity periods to define when a project needs attention.
  • Quick Actions: Enables you to archive, trash, or restore projects directly from the app.
