Dear all,
since the latest update of Jira (v8.20.6) and associated addon (scriptrunner 6.46.0), i'm no longer able to see the logs under each steps that was previously.
I can see the logs in this url https://ourjiraserver/plugins/servlet/scriptrunner/admin/workflows, but not under each associated steps
is there a way to have it visible ?
thank you
Hi @Xavier
Please update your ScriptRunner plugin to the latest release, i.e. 8.0.0, as there have been many fixes since the current release you are using.
I have tried to do a basic test in my environment and don't seem to be encountering any issues.
Below are a couple of screenshots for your reference.
If you observe the screenshots above, I don't seem to be encountering any issues.
Could you please try to run a test in Safe-Mode with only ScriptRunner enabled and see if you can view the logs after you have upgraded to the latest release, i.e. 8.0.0?
Thank you and Kind regards,
Ram

Thanks for the answer!
Unfortunately, my problem started precisely because I updated Jira and ScriptRunner.

What version of Scriptrunner have you moved to?

Type your answer ... Dear Ram Kumar.
thank you for your reply.
the link / screenshot you provide works fine also for me. This is not the problem. Till now, under each scriptrunner script step (in workflow transition) I was able to find (under the description of the script) a link which open the associated logs.
This is no longer the case.

Could you please provide some screenshots of the problem you are facing?
I can't get a clear picture from your description
