search for subtasks of parent of a particular type

We have two types of tickets

"Master Ticket", which is like a mini project

"Outage", which has a bunch of subtasks related to an outage

We would like to be able to search for those subtasks. How is that possible?

JQL Tricks Plugin is a commercial plugin which can help you do this. Use the 'parent' function!
