"We couldnt find this link" error when displaying github PR link - DVCS?

I commented a Github PR link (which is part of an organization - private repo) in a Jira ticket, but instead of getting the PR information, Im seeing the following error message:

In the other hand, if I put a PR link from a public repo, the PR information is displayed correctly.

Im using this in a Jira Cloud instance. I have the feeling is related to the fact I havent setup DVCS connector (or something else is missing there). However, I havent been able to find the link to DVCS connector in jira cloud. 

I followed what is mentioned in this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/connect-jira-cloud-to-github-814188429.html However, there's no "Integration" section in my jira instance (from step 2.4). Could it be that part was moved to another section?

I have the same issue, and I am connected with the correct account. What's going on? :S

I have same issue.

I created this issue be connecting the incorrect github account but can't see where to disconnect this now so i can connect to the right account.
