"Quick search" returns server error.

When user tries "quick serach" server returns an error:

Hmm. Either your installation of Jira is broken, you are using an incompatible JVM or you may have a plugin that is providing a custom field but is incompatible with your version of Jira.

Could you tell us

  1. What version of Jira you are using
  2. What version of Java you are running it on
  3. A rough outline of how you installed it (e.g. "It's Jira standalone, I followed the docs and hooked it up to a MySQL database")
  4. It might also be useful if you can give us the information on your Admin -> System Information page too - specifically the "plugins", "modified files" and any environment details you've got.
