"Link Goals" button from JIRA integration with Atlas is disabled

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi! I've enabled Atlas integration with JIRA (I'm an admin), but still the "Link Goals" button on my epics are greyed out.
When I click it, it shows some tips on how to enable it, including a "Go to Atlas" button. Which I click this button, it leads to me to this page:
But nothing changes, the button keeps being greyed out.
What am I missing here?
