Description: Previously, when clicking the "Create Issues" button, a button labeled "Import Issues" would appear on the screen. For some reason, this button is no longer displayed.

The removal of that button started rolling out in the June 3-10 updates. I see that announcement in the weekly blog post starting with this one:

You can find this by navigating to the "Issues" view of your project, then towards the top right you'll see the ... button, in there is Import issues from CSV

Thank you, I was able to see the option, but I am looking for a way to view it on the Create Issues screen, as my users are accustomed to using it that way.
In case Jira has removed that view, I will need to retrain them.

@Abdiel Martínez Welcome! Import issues and bulk changes features are different:
Import issues: when you want to perform a migration from another jira instance.
Bulk Change: to manipulate a bunch of issues at once.
